An Experiment in Time

Quantum Entanglement seems to be an established idea and has many aspects that need to be investigated. One of these involves simultaneous time. If two particles are created that are entangled then they should exhibit the characteristic of being ‘out of time.’
The experiment is creating and storing entangled particles, moving them apart, one, the activator being out of earth’s atmosphere and gravitational field and the other within it. Keeping them part for a length of time, then returning them to close proximity. An atomic clock would keep the local time of each separate unit.
This should cause an activation distance as one particle will be out of sync in its time frame than the other. So when the state of the second activator particle is changed the first particle will change state in recorded time before it.
My guess is that the particles so changed in time frames then returned will probably lose entanglement completely, as they will probably be shifted in their synchronous time segments. Otherwise you would have an aspect that a set of particles could be used to transmit information back into the past, the particle that is taken out of gravity running at a faster time than one within it. So, any difference in velocity or gravity would mean two particles lose their entanglement, the only way to maintain it is to have the second particle having a higher velocity exactly the same as the extra gravity component of the first. If particles go out of synchronisation then you would need to increase or decrease the velocity of the second at an elevation to match the extra gravity of the first.
The other possibilty is that the particles would become re-entangled, and this would mean that time is not as we understand it, but one of personal advancement through it, both particles continuing at the same velocity through it, the return merely restoring the balance and synchronicity, the apparent time difference that is recorded not being an actual case, but one of measurement, the difference being an alteration in the accuracy of measuring devices. A bit like grit in a gear, one gear being out of synch with another gear, but the actual timing for each gear is the same if you removed the grit.
The other probability is that time is an attribute of mass, the lighter the mass the less affected by time it is. If time is granular, then very small individual components less than an atom may not work in our time scale, but have their own, independent of our perceived local time. A bit like being only able to record minutes when a subject can work in varying numbers and additions of seconds. To remove uncertainty you need to be able to work in two orders below the thing being measured.
If entanglement doesn’t work this way it would mean that it could be possible to accelerate a particle in a craft of some form at very high velocities, return the particle, and use it as a conduit into the recent past.
The plan would be to use two entangled particles, on a period out of sequence with the other. Imagine the result if used on a national lottery, where the sequence of numbers drawn was encoded into the hours before, when numbers could be chosen for drawing later in the day. Pre-determinism eat your heart out; just look for some very rich physicists after the experiment.
The opposite would be the particles still operating simultaneously wherever they are and still having the same sequence and action when returned. This would suggest their ‘fixed’ nature in time, having produced in the same ‘digital?’ moment, the law of uniqueness preserving their time position.

Experiment for calculating universal absolute velocity and line of original source of the big bang expansion.
14 Atomic clocks sent out at constant known velocity using Newtonian movement. Use one way light pulses to monitor differences in time The syncronised atomic lock on earth minus the gravity component would be the base level. Alternatively and/or choose a point in neutral space and start from there to do similar for comparison, but that would need a total of 30 atomic locks and craft.
